I graduated from Langston University in 1995 with a degree in Elementary Education.
I taught first grade at Sulphur Elementary School for ten years. I then moved up to Sulphur Intermediate to teach fifth grade. I am currently on my 13th year of teaching 5th grade. Reading is my passion and I love teaching it!
I am happily married to Mark Rogers. We have two children who are graduates of Sulphur High School. Haley, an OSU graduate, is now a speech teacher working in Ardmore Public Schools. Haydn, a UCO graduate, has a safety degree. I have one dog, Ralphie, that I adore!
When I am not teaching I love spending time with my family. We enjoy vacations and lots of Arbuckle Lake time together. We also truly enjoy time spent at sporting events. Last, but not least, I love being outside with my dog, flowers, and mowing.
