Steps for Volunteering: 

1. Complete online application at: www.beautifuldayfoundation.net. 

2. You will receive an email after filling out the application. Next, follow the link in the email to fill out and submit a background check (required).

3. Beautiful Day Office will notify you per email of background check results.   If clear, instructions will be emailed to get set up on GroupMe App.  ALL correspondence will take place via this free App. 

4. Purchase a Beautiful Day T-shirt to wear at all birthday lunches for $15 plus tax online at www.beautifuldayfoundation.net  or from Beautiful Day Headquarters: 807 W. Main, Duncan M-F 9AM to 4PM.
